Property Photography
Built-Environment
Good property photography needs to do more than look polished. It needs to show space clearly, represent the asset honestly, and help buyers, investors and stakeholders assess it with confidence. Vector Photography delivers professional real estate photography built for marketing, sales and decision making through clean composition and a finish that feels composed, accurate and true to space.

Property photography for agents, developers and property professionals
Who we work with
We work with estate agents, auction houses, developers, landlords and commercial property teams who need imagery that helps property read properly from the first glance. That might be a single listing, a development, an investment asset, or ongoing portfolio work, but the requirement is usually the same, photography that is clear, reliable and ready to support marketing.
Because we work within property, we understand that the job is not just about taking attractive images. It is about showing the space in the right way, helping people assess it quickly, and creating a set of photographs that can work across portals, brochures, presentations and wider campaign material.

What we photograph
Vector photographs property inside and out. Commercial buildings, residential property, interiors, and aerial views where added context brings value.
Clean, contemporary, considered imagery that maximises marketing potential.
Commercial Property
Commercial property photography needs to balance clarity with context. Offices, industrial units, retail space, mixed-use buildings and investment assets all need to be shown in a way that makes scale, access, layout and condition easy to assess. Vector produces clean, credible imagery for marketing, brochures and presentation material.

Residential Property
Residential property photography should help a home feel bright, open and easy to understand, without pushing it into something it is not. We photograph houses, apartments, rental property, new homes and developments with careful attention to light, layout and flow, creating imagery that supports sales and lettings while staying honest to the space.

Property Interiors
Internal photography is often where a property really starts to make sense. Interiors do the hard work in showing layout, finish and overall quality, so they need to feel clear, balanced and believable. Vector photographs interiors with restraint, making the most of light, materials and detail while keeping the result clean and contemporary.

Drone & Aerial Photography
Some properties benefit from more than ground-level coverage. Aerial photography adds useful context where setting, scale, access or surrounding environment play an important part in how the asset is presented, especially for larger homes, commercial buildings and developments.

Corporate Photography
Corporate photography gives businesses a consistent, professional way to present their people, premises and working environment. From headshots and team photography to office interiors, workplace imagery and brand-led content, Vector creates clean, composed images that support websites, brochures, press material and wider marketing activity, without feeling forced or overproduced.

A straightforward process, focused on the brief and carried through with clarity from start to finish.
Every brief starts with a conversation. We discuss the property, the intended use of the images, any priorities for the shoot, and anything that needs to be considered before arriving on site. From there, timing and access are agreed, with flexibility factored in where possible, especially when weather or light may influence the result.
On site, the approach is professional, discreet and respectful of the space and the people surrounding it. The aim is to work efficiently while covering the property thoroughly, not just the shots on the brief, but also any details, angles or opportunities that could add value to the final set. That initiative is an important part of the process, especially when the strongest marketing images are not always the ones first listed.
After the shoot, the images are carefully culled and edited into a coherent working set. Drafts can then be reviewed before final refinements, file preparation and delivery. Everything is supplied in a clear, efficient format, then backed up and stored securely.

Why professional property photography makes the difference
The way a property is photographed can change how it is valued before anyone steps through the door.
Good property photography does more than make a listing look polished. It gives the space structure, clarity and presence, helping people understand situation, scale, layout and condition quickly.
That matters commercially. A property presented with care creates stronger first impressions, more confident enquiries and a greater sense of perceived value. That shift in perception influences the level of interest, the quality of offers and the final sale price.
Professional property photography is often treated as a small part of the marketing process. Done properly, it helps the right people see the value or opportunity sooner.
